Helped me track my app usage and problems faced

The best thing about Synata is that it has helped us understand our customers better. We realized which of our products are being used by them most frequently. Also we realized what were their pain points with these products. There was nothing much I disliked in this product. It's all good. But if you want data analytics then go for other options as well. As an organization we needed help understanding our customer base so that we can improve our service offerings. And also we wanted to know…

Excellent for in-depth understanding of user behavior

The ability of having more insight into our customers' buying journey was great for us! We are able solve problems that we could not have been aware off before using this tool (ease in solving issues like "how can I get my product featured" or how do i know what features/product attributes they dislike most about it). Nothing much came out as an issue while implementing Syna so far but if there's anything then its nothing major either - just some minor quirks here &there which were resolved…

  • Very easy implementation from dev side too , took almost 3 days only since getting started till deployment done !High uptime performance compared among other products available today alongwith very low cost per transaction also makes them really attractive option when considered overall costs related

I worked for a marketing agency on the marketing analytics team.

The best part about this software was that it helped us understand our customers better than any other tool we have used so far! It also allowed me as an analyst in my team get all information from one place which saved time for analysis of data across different channels/tools like Google Analytics or Salesforce etc.. I would recommend using if you are looking at getting insight into your website traffic & behavior patterns with respect analytics tools suchas GA (Google) but want more granular

Great tool to optimize data analysis and visualization

I like that it's easy for customers of our clients with whom we're working together in some way or another through SynaGIS as well those new users just trying out this software! The dashboard layout could be more intuitive - at least from my perspective when viewing information/data via an Excel spreadsheet (or any other method). But overall great piece og technology!! It makes sense once you've implemented how effective its use can really aid your organization & employees' productivity levels…

  • Can work remotely if necessary, i find myself very productive while doing so too.and enjoy seeing progress made by others also using synagis during such time frame..it is wonderful to see everyone being successful because they have been utilizing SyncGIS!!! :)
