I want to say that this is perfect for my dog but both top and bottom.

I wish I could say it was perfect for my dog but both the top and bottom were long torn and/or the end fell off completely. I sent an email and got a reply asking them to send photos. I tried to send pictures but they didn't go through. Then I thought I'd call the number in their email. They don't get messages because their voicemail is full! I don't expect to have to spend a lot of time trying to fix their error, but so far this has happened!
