This unit has recently failed and upon inspection found to be refurbished rather than new which is not stated in the description. It's a plug and play unit and I haven't gotten around to troubleshooting yet, but I did find one locally that was definitely new and did NOT have the same "fresh" clear coated solder on top of what apparently went through the selenoid coil mechanism. . I'm attaching a picture of the circuit board showing where it appears to have been repaired. Worked out of the box, but no more. The second photo schematically shows a cover that hides the repair work that has been carried out. You might want to test yours when you buy one and see how it looks underneath before installing it and waking up cold one morning.
