I bought this replace the original band that came with my Fitbit. This comes with a hammer and a device to dislodge pins in the band so it can be made larger or smaller. They also provide a little plastic jig to help align the band while you make these adjustments.At first, I needed to make band smaller and that was fairly easy, however, I made it too small and needed to add back a link. That was not as easy to do. The jig did not hold the pieces in alignment and took 15-20 minutes to get the pin in the right place.One last thing, the latch is rather big. This translate to about 1-1.5" piece that is not flexible.As for comfort, I may not be the best judge because I have rods in my wrists so there is is no flexibility and the band often presses against the rod causing discomfort.I gave it four stars because of the difficulty of replacing the link.
