It's user friendly, it makes my job easier to know where I am at with each of our suppliers which helps me make better decisions when making orders or placing new ones! There are some things they could improve but nothing major so far as we have been using them since 2013 without any issues other than minor glitches here there and everywhere! We love how easy this tool has made keeping track of all products coming in from different sources compared to spreadsheets etc., also its saved us time by not having to constantly update multiple sheets/spreadsheet every week like before!!
