Bought to use with ice packs. It seems PERFECT for this purpose.
I accidentally found this while looking for a pillow with a hole to put an ice pack in while lying on my back. Ice seems to be the only way to relieve leg pain caused by a pinched nerve from a fractured vertebra. I just got it today and will test it tonight, but it seems to be the PERFECT SOLUTION to this problem.
