I've been wearing my old sandals for about 5 years. But when the Velcro started to fray to the point where I had to flex and push the tabs back together about 2-3 times while walking the dog, I decided that was enough. As I hike more these days (despite Covad 19), I've opted for these from GRITION, which offer more protection while providing the ventilation that all summers need. Here's what I love about these sandals: 🥾 Whether you're walking the dog around town or climbing to the top of Stony Point. Park.🥾 So that you don't slip, the surface of the sandal you are standing on has a non-slip structure. I also find that it subtly lets you know what's ahead. 🥾 From what I can see and feel, the durability of these sandals is such that I feel like I'll be wearing them for at least the next five years. Are there any warnings? Yes. tough inner lining is"victory". But the aha moment will come after you've lived with it for a while.
