Review on EBC Brakes DP4887R Yellowstuff Street by Adam Ross

I knew I was going to the track and was looking for the best advantage for my car. It's a heavy mid-range car, a Mercedes SL500, but I was able to do my best laps (Barber Motorsports) in the 1:58 range. That's about 3 seconds away from the Cayman-S. I'm sure a good rider could do a lot better but I was very happy with the performance of these pads. I couldn't believe how well these Yellow Stuff brakes slowed my car down and NEVER went away. Be careful, you need to break them in over time. It lasted about 300 miles city driving and they are LOUD. They sound like a big bus approaching a stop and are very embarrassed that they are so loud. But getting back on track was worth it.
