This is the third time I've bought them, I usually wear them around the house and even as shorts under my sweatpants when I'm running errands nearby, walking my dogs or even when I fly abroad since then I feel more comfortable. I'm 6ft 5in, about 202lbs and the size Large is perfect for me, above the knee but not below the knee. I ignore the washing instructions and mostly tumble dry on a low setting. the oldest one I have, which I've washed dozens of times, last had a tiny hole in my left calf, but if I had never tumble dried it I think it would be in perfect condition.
