It won't even be 100 dB at 1 meter.

I am a professional audio engineer and have measured this using calibrated equipment and standard methods. While build quality appears acceptable, the power output of my particular device falls far short of what is advertised. Based on my results, you'd be lucky to get 90dB outdoors at 10 feet, which takes quite a bit of effort to get going. Not as loud as a car horn.
