You will NOT receive a 12 pack as such. You will receive 12 free sponges in a padded mailing envelope. The manufacturer's packaging that the sponges come in is NOT. During this deadly pandemic, this product is not hygienic for kitchen use. The Innotrend seller responded to my concerns via email. Feel free to use hand sanitizer [sic] to spray before use. Pooh. I run the sponges through the dishwasher with the water heater set to 140 degrees Fahrenheit, which should sanitize them. I like that these sponges don't smell like chemicals. And because they're less thick when wet than the old O-Cel-O Handy size, they're easier to wring out if you have arthritis. And compression is a really good idea. I can no longer use O'Cel-O as they now leave some suspicious chemicals on your hands after years of use. Goodbye, O-Sel-O.
