After trying this product I must say that it is a game-changer for baking. the non-stick feature makes the baking process a breeze, and it is a mess-free experience. I love how I no longer have to struggle with scrubbing off excess dough from my baking sheet. However, the parchment sheets are slightly thinner than I expected, making them more prone to tearing when lifted from the baking tray..
