The best thing about it is its integration with SharePoint which makes working more convenient for all concerned users (managers as well). It also has very useful connectors for OCR software like Adobe Acrobat etc., so any kind text recognition can be done using this platform too easily in case needed. Nothing much because we have been doing online document sharing services for quite long now without finding anything wrong with them at least! Also, there are some good features such as auto-updates which helps us reduce our maintenance efforts significantly. We could automate tasks involving scanning/OCR by implementing an automation process within this web app. I like that Koneka has been able to evolve their product to meet the needs of our organization. The software has some of the features we need in a document management system. I don't like that the user interface is not as intuitive as it could be. We are using Koneka to store our documents and to be able to track changes, and to be able to access the documents from anywhere.
