Size Small Fits 5lb Kitten Perfectly!

My 6 month old, 5lb kitten just had emergency surgery after she got her cone off after her spay and caused self mutilation. She needs to be in a cone and a onsie for almost a month and the vet didn't have any small enough to fit her so we brought her home in one sides for a dog (and therefore for a diaper, which meant she wasn't able to properly use the litter box in it).I ordered 2 of these suits in a small and 1 in a medium and the smalls fit perfect. I was worried about the velcro but it's incredibly strong. The fit is secure and comfortable enough that she hasn't messed with it at all. I couldn't get the neck over her cone with the rope it had so I removed that and just threaded a piece of gauze through the neck to attach that to her cone and it stays in place wonderfully. It is very thin though, so I put maxi pads on the inside of the abdomen so that will her her incision some padding and protection and that's worked great.I've washed them each a few times now and they're still in good condition, just be careful of the velcro. It's strong and will damage fabric it gets attached to in the wash.I definitely recommend these if you have a tiny cat who needs one that they can move in and use the litterbox in.
