I like that it lets you set up multiple tickets per person in one account so everyone gets their own personal ticket for things they need to resolve without having another individual assigned themself as well! The UI is very clunky/slow at times when using over 30+ people; however this could be fixed by making more efficient use out our resources rather than just adding new features or additional users (which will only further exacerbate an already problematic situation).
This tool has made managing my team's issues much easier since we are able manage everything from 1 place - all tasks can now easily see what other members have done which helps us keep track better & reduce miscommunications between departments within business units who may not even work directly together but still share information such sharing files etc..
