I like how easy it is to use once you get it set up with your provider info. It's not very user friendly if you're new at using the software so be prepared to spend some time getting familiar with how everything works after the initial setup. The customer service team was top notch and really went above and beyond to help guide me through what they call "The Setup Tour". I would highly recommend this product. You will need to invest the time to get used to the interface but once you do it becomes easy to use. The benefits are being able to access my patient appointments quickly when needed with just one click. I like how easy it was to use with both my computer and smartphone; however, sometimes when I'm trying to input something into one of the sections (such as notes) it will freeze up. Sometimes this only happens if I have multiple tabs open in other programs so not sure why but just be aware! If you're looking for an ease of access software for your clients then this is what you need! It's really helped me keep track of everything within our office and also allows us to see where we are at any given time.
