So you're looking for at least the best part of the day to get the job done. Totally crazy. Your best bet is to buy several supplements and rotate them like a civilized person. These things are also like sponges, so if you're sweaty or active (as much as you were instructed after surgery) they break down pretty quickly. I have ordered several dietary supplements. Here's what I found out. You can machine wash in cold water with a little detergent. I really advise against hand washing, as the detergent gets caught in the fibers and smells strongly and also irritates the skin. Hang to dry rather than in the sun as this can damage the elastics. Make sure the binder is completely dry before applying. I hung myself in front of a floor fan in the bathroom.
