Good product. When I received a good product for the first time. The first one I received had signs of wear on the balls and also marks as if it had been previously installed. It also had rust, or what appeared to be rust, inside the safety bolt hole. Which is very important as it made it impossible to screw in the locking screw. So I changed it. The second had the same rust or something else in the screw hole. So I swapped it again. Guess what. Same again. Like they kept those things underwater. So I decided to clean the threads along with the screw itself. I just needed something that works. And unfortunately I couldn't find another 12" hitch there. So I had to get it working. So the real question. Who is responsible for quality control of these products? So disappointed with this deal.
