First off I have to say this is the best way to stay on track. I used to have a really hard time drinking two 8oz bottles of water a day. But this has made it so much easier for me to drink and not fill lot it is to much. I love the design of the bottle is has two different ways for you to carry the bottle. The handle is the best way to carry it when you first fill your bottle but the strap is good for you if your hands is full and you need to clip it on something. I love the two hour time that is on the side to make sure you are drinking a certain amount in a certain amount of time. I love the large twist off cap it makes it easier to clean, however I brought a bottle cleaning to really get to the bottom and clean it. This is one of the best bottles I have purchased that helped me with drinking more water daily.
