I don't have many complaints. Bought for legs, under a computer desk. This works very well for me. I tried it on my back, but nothing special came out of it. Maybe it's the depth/angle of my computer chair, but I'm not giving a star for that. I ended up buying two of these, one for me and one for my wife. She doesn't like how close together the massage heads are for her legs, she says it's a little uncomfortable because she has to sit in a chair to use them. I see how this can be an issue for people with wider hips. So a 4 star rating instead of 5. Another downside is that they only work for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes of operation, the device switches off and cannot be switched on for another 15 minutes, too "cool". I can only speculate that it might have something to do with the cheaper parts (it wasn't the most expensive $35 device during Prime Days). So far I've had them less than a week even though they come with a 2 year warranty.
