Bad remote, good device

I've only been using it for a week - The device itself seems to work well. Connects easily to Bluetooth and transmits well on the radio. Although the remote control is already falling apart. Just sits in the car, no damage (not dropped, crushed, exposed to extreme weather etc) but the front of the remote is separating from the rest of the case.
