Very easy assembly (and quite fun), it takes a little effort to snap the pieces into place, but once fully engaged they also hold the weight. Didn't try to test its resilience because I can bend wire squares with some hand strength, didn't want to bend it. He probably wouldn't handle 44lbs except in the bottom row, which is good for me. All in all a good buy, people complaining about it breaking down obviously didn't fully engage it haha the connector needs to be flush with the frame but it may not be on some parts in certain configurations, but even at those who have been holding about 15-20 pounds for almost a month and not giving up. I didn't see the dot in the white parts of the connector because they push parts of the wire further apart, which obviously makes the design weaker. I bought zip ties as another reviewer suggested and I didn't need them because I don't overload them. I recommend it, it made the organization in our workshop sooooo easy :D
