I was so excited to get this duvet in the mail today that I waited for it after being delayed for days. When I opened the package and put it on the bed to see if I would like it in our room. However, I liked the look of the blanket but didn't like the feel. It seemed cheap and itchy but I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt because again I was so determined to love this set. So I decided to wash it according to the instructions on the box, which I think is a big mistake. The packaging says it is "machine washable in cold water and tumble dry". However, something went wrong or I caught a bad apple. The filling on the inside of the duvet was crumpled and very lumpy. The blanket itself was still scratchy and uncomfortable. I really wanted to love this set because it was perfect for my vision but I think overall it's made out of cheap materials and not a quality product.
