There is no better solution to handle customer reservations than Simpilot. The whole process from reservation request until payment can be handled perfectly with this software! I really appreciate that it supports more languages as well so my clients are not left out anymore. On time payments and automatic credits for canceled bookings makes everything easier at once. It would have been great if I could easily use some other currencies instead of only US Dollars but overall, I do love how simple this tool is to manage everything. We're managing our entire hotel portfolio using Simpliote. As we serve customers coming from different countries I was always worried about whether they will understand what is going on or not. Now, they know exactly where to fill in information when booking online without any issues.
