I like this duvet very much, it is very light. I've been looking for a nice thin blanket for a long time and finally found this one. The duvet, as I mentioned, is thin and may be too thin for most. I get very bad hot flashes and night sweats so I like that it's thin. It says it can be machine washed on the gentle cycle but dry cleaning is recommended, I've washed mine and it has held up very well but will now be taking it to the dry cleaner to keep. When you first open and take it out, it feels a little rough and sounds like it's going to be a noisy blanket. But after I washed it, it was very soft and didn't make any noise from the rubbing of the material. I would buy it again right away!
