I bought these to replace and upgrade the stock headlights on my 3/4 ton IH pickup. They fit and work well, but not without some adjustment and modification to the blade for easy assembly. I didn't find anything that needed some adjustment to fit my truck. I had to enlarge the rear opening to accommodate the rubber boot. I had no issues with the alignment tabs on the back of my app. They are not a true 7" and sit a bit loose on the ring. I wrapped the ring in high temp tape and secured the ring. Final adjustment was made with the bearing bolts and within tolerance. Can't speak to other problem estimators but they did a good job for me and the price was half that of elsewhere.I looked at several places before buying.
