Disappointing scan quality and software

Using this document scanner with our computers was a frustrating experience. Despite the promises of "full page scanning," we found that the quality was grainy and barely legible on most documents .Additionally, the software was clunky and difficult to navigate, resulting in several failed scans and wasted time. The only pro was its compact size but that was not enough to justify the poor performance. Overall, we would not recommend this product..

Efficient in scanning full page passports and documents quickly and accurately

Cons

Only ideal for scanning passports and documents and not suitable for other types of scanning needs
