First off, let me say that I really like the form factor, design, convenience and features of this measuring wheel. However, the accuracy is terrible and makes me return this item. I laid out a 100 foot tape measure and then rolled this measuring wheel along the tape about 10 times, resetting the counter for each measurement. Each time the results were anywhere from 6-12 inches higher. In addition to the fact that the distance was always too large, the discrepancy with the 6-inch spread of the results is even worse. Ok Quezon. YOU HAVE A JOB! I also bought an 8" Digi 1st W-160 gauge wheel (B01JC5THMK) initially expecting to return that wheel and keep the Kreson. The same 10 gauge tests on a Digi 1st wheel returned only 1" of variation in the results at 100 feet. Sometimes high sometimes low sometimes accurate but never more than 1" in results which is perfectly acceptable and expected. , Save e Digi 1st and return Keson.
