Review on EGO Power Lithium Ion Standard Equipment by Matthew Allen

I bought the battery and charging cradle in June 2021 so I have a second set for all my EGO devices. This battery has not been recharged in less than three months and is normally covered by the EGO warranty policy. However, today I found that this is not the case. EGO has informed me that Seal Supply, the seller on this listing, is not an authorized EGO dealer and therefore all warranties are void. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. I don't understand how Revain allows a seller on their website that automatically voids the manufacturer's warranty. THIS WAS AN AMAZON PRIME PRODUCT with an average rating of 4.5 stars and over 1500 reviews. How is that possible?
