This is the first review I have ever left. Because seriously, this thing is extremely dangerous and a game of life. This is a serious fire hazard and a hazard to your pets, family and home/business. Don't bother with this article. In the best sense of the word. The piece of debris started leaking water out of nowhere after about 2 hours of use. This was my first time using it, it leaked and the electronics shorted out! FIRE DANGER! He was also on a level platform. So there shouldn't have been any other reason for a leak than a product defect or a design flaw. Luckily I traced its first use to amuse my snakes but I stumbled upon this mess. Needless to say, also based on other reviews I've read with similar product issues. It really needs a better design of the sealing system (grommets, sealing caps or both!) for the water tank. So it's better than just an upside down kettle on top of an electronics box that relies on gravity to do the rest. If only life were that easy, huh. Nice try guys. luck next time. consumer lost. 🤘🏻✌🏻
