Difficult at best, impossible at worst to remove phone from belt cradle. If I can take the phone out of the holder, it's very difficult. will not slip at all. I found that the top edge of the holder snapped onto the top of the phone making it impossible to slide the phone out. I have to remove the cradle from my belt and pry the phone out of the cradle. This resulted in many missed calls which is very annoying. There was a 2 week hiatus in the time before I wrote this review hoping it would loosen up but it didn't. I have stopped using it and will return. This is my last review of this product, there will be no updates.
