So I wanted to try that before settling on the Capricorn tube. Here at Revain there is always a cheap product that will do the job at least as well or as well as the bigger brand. I had the same problem as many people with the standard Ender 3 PTFE hose. After a few squeezes, the hose slowly but surely pulled out of the hot end just far enough to form a drop of plastic over the nozzle, causing a clog. I also had issues with the included PTFE tubing, which deformed at the end causing the filament to resist which resulted in under-extrusion. This comes with three replacement hoses, each one is long enough to replace your PTFE hose twice, so you honestly have 6 spare PTFE hoses in this one better, because it leaves less slack to the thread as it passes through the pipe, but at the same time does not offer much resistance to the attack. for extrusion. The outside diameter is perfect, I had no problem pressing it against the nozzle in the hotend. The quick couplers that come with it are very good and as other reviews have pointed out, better than the stock ones. I couldn't believe how easily the hose slipped through these fittings, I really struggled with the standard fittings. To be honest, I think my standard tube has been giving me problems for longer than I thought it would. After replacing it with this one, my prints are slightly better than before, but I've noticed. I didn't notice any of the other issues that other reviewers have pointed out, let alone the fact that they don't exist. When it comes to things from China, you can always hit or miss. But for my hot end the outside diameter was perfect, I even checked it with calipers. The inner diameter was also perfect. For me, at this price point, it's definitely worth the risk for everyone. In my opinion, it's small upgrades like this that really make the Ender 3 more reliable and also contribute to better prints. I should have replaced the tube a long time ago!
