Was concerned but had to do something, they stopped making water heater we needed, anyways I installed this product was 3.5 inches smaller on height and width, it's a old hud trailer, water lines were like a pex that coupled up and gas coupled up also no issues as far as electric again no issues I put the digital display down low ran wire through wall soldered it you can't screw this up ,so easy, then hooked hot wire up and ground, I had a bad ground on old trailer ,cleaned connections up ,turned gas on had water pressure and after about 30 seconds the gas purged on start up, the old lady had hot water was able to get it up to 109 degrees running hot water full throttle,old lady loves it,no more cold showers ,was impressed with product on demand really works good
