cons first. It is physically larger than most surge protectors and weighs more. And that's it. Bought specifically for travel. Cruise ships aren't known for their consistent performance. I've seen multi-pulse jumps in excess of 15%, dips of 10% or more, frequency changes of +-15%, and occasional 1/2 wave dropouts. Bad for the electronics. Speaking of which, all the wall warts and USB plugs are interfering with each other, and this is the solution to the problem. Perfect solution. And if you don't travel, the cons don't count. This design is essential.
