Recently bought a generator. Decided to make a 220 pigtail to feed back to our house during the outage (we will have two panels in series, both networks will be reversed and we will connect to the second panel). Went to stock at home and this fork was $29. Luckily we did that beforehand so they didn't let us get out of control. I got it for half price with free shipping thanks to Amazon Prime. The product appears to be of good quality. As far as I know Leviton is a good brand. Screw terminals held the wire in place. I took a piece of 10/4 rubber insulated wire and crimped it very tightly. It even has a knockout/pull so you can use even heavier gauge wire or heavier gauge insulated wire. It seems to hold up well in the socket and will do the job.
