Review on OtterBox COMMUTER Case IPhone 11 by Charles Lardieri

This is my second OtterBox from this series. I had the black one for 1.5 years until I dropped it and it ripped. I thought that was pretty reasonable, especially since I dropped it down the stairs. The one in the photo is the one I replaced it with. I had it for a little over a month (long enough that there was no Revane return period) and it broke. This one has never experienced falls, bumps or anything else that could damage it. I've tried contacting OtterBox to see if they can offer a solution but my warranty claim is being ignored. Attempts to chat were being answered with the phrase "We've got too much to deal with" or nonsense. Now I'm buying another case NOT MADE by OTTERBOX!
