We just emptied and cleaned our LANGRIA portable outdoor toilet for the first time. The dump valve was not attached on to the black tank and when separating the fresh tank from the black tank, the dump valve stayed on the fresh tank, leaving the black tank opening open (no valve to keep black water in the tank). Luckily I realized that there was problem, the tank wasn't full and I didn't set the tank down to remove the dump cap. Spilling black water sucks, and a mess to clean up. The dump valve was never screwed in to the black tank. If you buy this brand make no assumptions, take it apart an inspect the dump valve, seals, & cap for proper fit and seal. Never carry a full unit by the handles, you'll had a mess. Carry it flat like it sits on the floor.
