I found these fairly comfy. It did stop my foot from rubbing around inside my shoe. Took a little pressure off my heel. But again I don't think I can give these a great review because I have specific needs for my foot.
- Significantly helped my son who has growing pains (sever’s disease) radiating in his heels.
- May not fit properly in all types of shoes and may require trimming which could be time-consuming and difficult for some users
