This software has helped us to manage our leads in order of priority so we can have more efficient communication with them about opportunities or issues they are having related to any products/services offered by Axiom. It's very easy using this tool as it provides many options which helps automate processes within an organization. I would suggest getting used to its interface if you plan to use from time to time because at first sight some things may look complicated but after learning how to navigate around it becomes simple and user friendly. The main benefit i see here is managing my lead list efficiently and quickly since all activities required to do will be automated and tracked for me through reminders emails etc.
