We bought this to install a 42" TCL TV in a room where wall mounting and placing it on a piece of furniture were not options. It was incredibly easy to put together. My 13 year old daughter assembled it. We had no issues with broken or missing parts as mentioned in other reviews. However, the rear of our TV is 100 x 100 VESA and requires M4 screws. The stand came with a number of mounting hardware but does not include M4 screws. Check your TV to make sure it includes the hardware you need, or order it if it doesn't. In order for the stand to remain as stable as possible you have to stretch your legs out quite a bit, so it has a little more floor space than I would have liked, but everything is very adjustable. be less important to you. All in all it's a good position and much stronger than I expected. I just wish I understood that I needed additional equipment before I was going to mount my TV.
