They are amazing and work really well! I've moved from one apartment to another many times, and moving large things has always been dreadful. If you use these extension straps correctly, it helps a lot. My friend and I used the original extender forklifts to move a 7 foot sofa, king mattress and chunky king futon. I've moved the same items before without installing forklifts and while it was possible with two people it was definitely difficult and very tiring. These belts were of great importance. This makes it much easier to move large objects with your arms and lower back because you don't have to fully extend your arms or bend your back in a specific way to get a good grip on the edge of a mattress or rounded sofa armrest . This allows for proper lifting technique, which allows you to use your core and some leg strength to get the job done. They are not that expensive and will save you a lot of inconvenience. I highly recommend lower arm forklifts when moving and this extension strap when moving large bulky items.
