Good for loose wires
I was having a hard time tracing and rewiring a motorsport wiring harness so I decided to buy this to do it to try. Unfortunately I found this didn't help much with tight wires, too much noise. I ended up using the continuity check function more than the toner function. However, it's great for tracing wires behind drywall!
- Tracing wire paths and identifying wires in all common wiring systems
- Not the best option
