Update 1/9/21: Kryptonite customer support finally responded after 22 days and requested photos of the failed anchors before deciding whether to send a replacement. Buy another product. I should have read the previous reviews before purchasing. As many others have pointed out, the instructions are imprecise and the recommended pilot hole depth is insufficient to install screws through these anchors. It took me almost an hour to pull out the broken anchors. I had to buy over $40 in new anchors, bolts, masonry pieces, etc. to modify and install this. Kryptonite customer support is not responding to the third party who completed this order nor to my own request. Luckily the seller issued a full refund. Choose another brand.
