Must be used weekly to keep dishwasher clean. We have extremely hard water and use CLR products almost everywhere. It's hard to find a dual action cleaner these days, so we tried it as an alternative. Made by the same company so it should work right? Dual Action costs $3/month, needs to be used weekly and in a regular wash, which costs about $5/month. Unfortunately they don't work either. We used ourselves and with a small load. Just never get the same level of cleanliness as the Dual Action. They are more important than not consuming anything, but they are more expensive and not as good as the previous option.
