Great product, it really looks like it's well made, but it's made for a horse and 'really well made' is a relative term when thinking of one living horse thinks :). The shoulder straps are reinforced with stitching, the extra gussets are nice, the elasticated straps for a toned tummy and the sturdy velcro straps on the upper back make this sheet great. The only downside I found is that the buckles are tight on the chest, but the stretchy fabric where the hood meets the sheet helps with the withers. A reviewer said the same thing and she thought it was just her factory horse, my thoroughbred, and I have the same problem. The cutout in this area needs to be redone. I just buttoned it up loosely so 2 up and 1 down, it's comfortable but not restrictive once it slips back which happens almost immediately :/. It's way better than the beads so I think he'll endure a tight fit sooner, he stands perfectly still while I adjust everything, he knows relief will come :) As long as there's no signs of wear and tear that's a plus ! This is my first product from this company and given how well made I will be checking out their range of winter blankets.
