I bought these trays to serve bread. The presence of two sizes is suitable both for a family dinner and for those who have a few more family guests. The quality of the wood is fine, then easy to wash and clean with a mild soap (I wouldn't soak them, just dish soap, wipe and dry immediately). Simply beautiful for all occasions. Many Thanks.
