My dog is 60 lbs and I also have a 70 lb Labrador/Boxer. M suits both perfectly, although one has a shorter snout. My Yama doesn't really like putting this thing on and chews on part of his mouth when it's on and didn't even go to the bathroom until I taught him to. My lab mix had one before and she wears it with no problem. Overall, this is a great tool for teaching your dog to walk with you.
