I bought these to make small desserts. Ideal for serving fruit and cream, cobbler, parfait, ice cream and more. I use them when we have guests, perfect portions. They wash well by hand or in the top rack of the dishwasher. The glass is thick, which I appreciate. It's easier to hold and clean without fear of breaking, which I've done with too many fine wine glasses. Bought a second set. They also make great raised cat food bowls.
