TLDR; was initially nervous about ordering an unlocked phone; works great for 1 week; Fingerprint Reader, Fully Unlocked Galaxy S20 Ultra (Refurbished) Ordered from the Gadgets Store on Revain Marketplace to replace my Galaxy S9 which I have enjoyed immensely for the past 3 years but is now too slow and crowded for my liking. I chose the S20 over not upgrading to the S21 mainly because of the expandable storage available with the S20 [I'm disappointed that Samsung is dropping this - it was one of the great things that set them apart from Apple . Boooh!]. Anyway, Verizon has pretty much refused to top up their S21 Ultra 512GB for the past 4-6 months, which is why I finally clicked on this phone. As for the product, the seller says: arrived quickly and as promised. A few scratches on the back that don't bother me at all (expected as it's a repair). Otherwise it appears to be in excellent condition. The charger arrived as promised. I was nervous about ordering an unlocked phone as I always buy through my carrier, but I put my Verizon SIM in and it seems to be working great. As for the phone itself (S20 Ultra vs my old S9): FAST - so much more. I'm happy. My old phone was very slow to respond. The front camera (selfie) is noticeably MUCH better. Rear Camera - I'm sure it's better, but I was expecting a big difference, and apart from being able to zoom in a lot more, the zoom-in quality isn't just a moon better than my old phone. (i.e. at 8x magnification, photos from two phones look the same). But I will say, "Live Focus", which is reminiscent of the iPhone's "Portrait Mode", excites me. Also, there are other nice features like zoom out (wide view) etc. Overall happy with it. NEGATIVES. My only complaint, which I hope doesn't ruin my experience with this phone, is the PRINT READER. The actual reader on the back of the S9 seemed perfect. I liked it - almost never had any problems. Why why?! They went digital. It works perfectly without the case and screen protector. I've tried several cases so far, all claiming to work fine with the reader, but NOT. It works with coverage about 25% of the time (all instructions followed). And to be honest, I'm not sure I can blame the cases - everyone seems to have a problem with that. I order screen protectors with decent reviews and *cross my fingers*. Oh, and besides, this phone is big, how huge. I think (hope) I'll get used to it, but wow. Samsung, please check women's case sizes before designing your next phone.
