Review on πŸ”§ Enhance Precision with Anytime Tools Hardened Precision Machinist: Precision Machining at its Finest by Loren Jacobson

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It can also be a set of 5 holes. The remaining 18 holes are useless.

I bought these primarily to level my table saw blade and woodworking table. They seem square enough for anything I'll ever use them for. This is my first set of 123 blocks. I'm deducting two stars because I've always understood that the unthreaded holes in the blocks are for passing a screw through them that can be screwed into another block. The 5 threaded holes are designed for a 3/8" screw which works great, but the screw will not go through the unthreaded holes. This limits the configurations in which blocks can be bolted together and essentially renders the 18 unthreaded holes useless. It might as well just be a 5 hole set. Not such a big deal as I'll probably never use them bolted for anything, but still not in the way the blocks are rated for 123. I only bought a set of 23 holes in case. I have to screw them together for some reason. Now I just want to buy a solid set with no holes.
